PLAY FITNESS BINGO – Take part in classes and challenges at the gym for prizes

NEW EVENING YOGA CLASS – MONDAY @ 7PM, starting October 5th

FREE Nutrition Lectures by Cathy Cornelison at 7:15pm on October 14,21, 28, and November 4th – come to one or come to all.  You will be enlightened. Cathy Cornelison has been a Magnolia resident for over 10 years. When her husband, Mark, was cast as a contestant on The Biggest Loser; Cathy decided to make changes for herself so that the two of them could share the journey of healthy living together. She began researching all she could about nutrition and healthy eating as well as developing a consistent exercise routine. By the time Mark returned, Cathy had lost 40 lbs. on her own and had created a home where healthy living was the norm. Since the show ended, almost 4 years ago, the two of them have traveled all over the U.S. encouraging and training others on what it means to truly live healthy. They run a popular blog on health at www.sweatcor.com. They also have had a number of articles in local Houston papers as well as being privileged to be part of the team which launched Live Well Magnolia in the Spring of 2015. Cathy has recently completed a series of classes through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) and is now a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. She bring passion and motivation to those she works with and is truly making a difference in the lives of many people.

The Gym has staff from 8-11am and 3:00-8:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8-11am on Friday. For instruction, tanning and tours.
