Beginning in May, Saturdays at 9:00am, KICK BOX COMBO BOOTCAMP. $15 OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS.  You need 16oz. boxing gloves.  Class given by Natasha Devos.

Come join us for an all-levels Partner Yoga class followed with drinks & snacks! Partner Yoga is a practice in which two people support each other in a way that enhances posture and builds a solid foundation of trust and communication-verbally and non-verbally.
